Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every studio gets 14 days with everything in Pro. No card needed. If you pick a plan during the trial, you keep the remaining free days.
Who counts as a seat?
Staff: owners, managers, photographers, freelancers and editors. Your clients use the client app for free and never count.
How do I pay?
By UPI (scan and pay) or bank transfer, monthly or yearly in advance. You get a GST invoice every time; add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
What if I need to change plans?
Upgrade any time and pay only for the days left. Moving to a smaller plan happens at your next renewal.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get a 7-day grace period. After that the studio becomes read-only: your team can still see everything, export your data and your clients keep their galleries. Pay and everything switches back on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays and you can export it.
