These terms are an agreement between ShotSync (“we”) and the studio that signs up (“you”). By creating a studio or using ShotSync you agree to them.
The service
ShotSync is software for running a photography studio: leads, proposals, contracts, jobs, crew, equipment, media, galleries and delivery, on the web and in mobile apps. We may improve and change features; we will tell you before removing anything you rely on.
Accounts
- The person who signs up is the studio owner and is responsible for who they invite and what those people do.
- Keep sign-in codes to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
Trial, plans and payment
- New studios get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed for it.
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees plus GST. We send a GST invoice for each payment.
- If an invoice is unpaid 7 days after its due date, your studio becomes read-only until it is paid. You can still view and export your data.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Your content
Your studio’s data and your clients’ photos belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including consent from the people in your photos where the law needs it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ShotSync to break the law, send spam, upload malware, try to access other studios’ data, or overload the service. We may suspend studios that do.
Payments between you and your clients
ShotSync shows prices on your proposals but does not collect money from your clients. Any payment between you and your clients is between you and them.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We keep your data for 90 days after a plan ends so you can export it or come back, then delete it.
Liability
We work hard to keep ShotSync running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city to be confirmed] have jurisdiction.
