Try before you pay
Every studio gets a 14-day free trial with everything included, so you can be sure ShotSync fits before paying anything.
Monthly plans
Payments for a monthly plan are not refunded. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of paying for it, we refund the payment in full. After that, the plan keeps working until the end of the paid year and is not refunded.
Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice or paid the wrong invoice, write to support@shotsync.app with the payment reference (UTR). We refund duplicate payments within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades charge only for the days left in your period. Downgrades start at your next renewal, so there is nothing to refund.
