Why we built it
Five days, three venues, one crew.
An Indian wedding is not one shoot. It is a haldi, a mehendi, a sangeet, the wedding and a reception, across three venues and five days, with a crew of fifteen who each need to know where to be.
Most studios run all of that on WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. The call time is buried under 400 messages. The drone is booked twice. The couple asks for their selections and nobody is sure which version of the sheet is right.
ShotSync exists to give that work one home: the enquiry, the proposal in rupees, the crew for every session, the shoot day, the editing and the final gallery. Built for how Indian studios actually work, not adapted from software made for a single portrait session.
