How do I staff each ceremony?

Set the seats a session needs (lead, candid, traditional, film, drone, assistant), see who is free and send invites in a tap. People answer yes or no in the app, and a reminder goes out if they have not replied in 24 hours.

Will it warn me about double bookings?

Yes. ShotSync flags a person booked on two sessions at once, someone on time off, gear that is already out or in repair, and travel time between venues.

Do proposals show GST?

Yes. Packages and add-ons are priced in ₹ before GST, and the proposal shows the GST (18% by default) and the total. The couple compares packages and signs on their phone. ShotSync does not collect money from your clients; you get paid the way you do today.
