- Call sheets on your phone, offline
- Accept or decline invites in a tap
- Time off that studios can see
- Only the jobs you are on
14 days free. No card needed.

Time off that studios can see
Block the days you are travelling, resting or shooting elsewhere. You show as Away, and a studio that tries to book you then gets a clash warning instead of a surprise.
- Mark days off from your phone
- Shown as Away on the studio calendar
- Clash warnings for anyone who books you

Questions
- Do I have to pay for ShotSync?
- No. The studio that invites you has the ShotSync plan. You install the app and sign in with your email; there is no password to remember.
- What can I see about a job?
- The call sheet for sessions you are on: call time, venue, your role, the crew, the shot list and gear. Client contact details, prices and the studio’s other jobs stay with the studio.
- Can I say no to an invite?
- Yes. Tap Accept or Decline, and add a reason if you like. The studio sees your answer straight away, so they can invite someone else.
- How do I tell studios when I am not free?
- Mark time off in the app. You show as Away on those days, and anyone who tries to book you then gets a clash warning.
- Does the call sheet work without signal?
- Yes. Shoot mode keeps the call sheet, shot list and contacts on your phone, so you can work offline at the venue. Tap “I have arrived” when you get there.
- I run a small studio and also shoot for others. Is this for me?
- Yes. Start your own studio on a free trial for your own jobs and crew, and accept invites from the studios you shoot for.
Shoot for studios that run on ShotSync.
Run your own jobs too: start a studio on a 14-day free trial, add your calendar and invite your own second shooters. No card needed.
