Questions
- Do proposals show GST?
- Yes. Every package and add-on is priced in ₹ before GST, and the proposal shows the GST (18% by default) and the total, so the client sees exactly what they are approving.
- Does ShotSync collect payment from my corporate clients?
- No. Proposals show prices and GST so the client can approve them; you invoice and get paid the way you do today.
- How do I see who is free for a two-day conference?
- The calendar has a row for each person. Bookings, time off and holds sit on the same week, so gaps and clashes are easy to spot before you send invites.
- Can I track cameras, lenses and drones?
- Yes. Book gear on a job, print QR labels, scan it out and back in. Anything in repair is blocked from bookings, and a clash shows if the same kit is on two jobs.
- How does fast delivery work?
- Each job has a delivery date. The editing queue shows every job by stage with the time left, so same-day highlights and next-day galleries do not slip.
- Can my editors work on it too?
- Yes. Editors use the phone app to see their queue, deadlines and stages. Owners and managers use both the web console and the app.
