ShotSync is software for photography studios in India, built around how weddings and events actually run here.
Why we built it
Studios run on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and memory. That works for ten weddings a year. It breaks at fifty, when the same photographer is booked twice and a couple has been waiting three months for their album.
What it does
- Enquiries to bookings: track leads, send proposals with packages in ₹ and GST, and let couples sign on their phone.
- Sessions and crew: plan every function, invite crew per session, and see clashes before they happen.
- Shoot day: a call sheet on every phone, working offline, with venue, timings and contacts.
- Gear: who has what, QR check-out and check-in, and what is in repair.
- After the shoot: culling, galleries, favourites and album approval spread by spread.
- For the owner: money booked by month, the season at a glance and problems as simple tiles.
